Complaints Procedures

Whilst we acknowledge that this is a complaints policy we welcome compliments as well, these can be either verbal or in a letter.
The Cathedral School of St. Mary values the good relations it enjoys with parents and the community. These good relations are based on mutual respect and a willingness to listen to other points of view. It is in the best interests of all parties that any concern is expressed and resolved quickly and at the earliest possible stage.
The CAST Policy below outlines the procedure for making a complaint however the open nature of our relations with our families is highly valued and we would appreciate you making a staff member your first point of contact.
The School is sensitive to the needs of those who may have literacy difficulties or for whom English is not their first language. Information can be provided in alternative formats, for example in Braille, on tape or translated into relevant languages.
