Class 1

Class 1 - Home Learning for School Closure

Hi to all our Class 1 community

Welcome to the Class 1 Home Learning for School Closures page! This page will be updated every week day with work for you to do whilst we make our way through these strange times!

Before you go any further, lets start off by saying that I hope you are all coping as well as you can given the situation. WE are still Class 1. Carry on living the way you would in the classroom, showing everyone why Class 1 is THE best class in the city!

On to the work!

The most important thing is to just keep reading!! Read your books from school, share any books you have at home and use the online MyOn library. You can also watch bedtime stories on Cbeebies iplayer and youtube.

You will have access to online resources such as Numbots and Phonics Play which will help children readdress and consolidate what they have already learnt. Logins for Numbots have been sent individually through Class Dojo.

Don't forget to share pictures, videos or messages of what you have been up during the school closure. It will be lovely to see what you have been up to and to see how you are getting on with your learning.

Finally I would like you all to pray for our school community during these challenging times. I would like you to learn our school prayer.  You can find these on the Our Catholic Life page on the website.

If you need me, please email me - khorwood@csosm.org.uk

I will do my best to get back to you that day.

Be kind. Stay safe. Be supportive.

God Bless

Miss Horwood
